Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for handling daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, and ensure timeliness and accurate processing 3rd Party & Intercompany within the agreed country SLA.
  • Management of data in strict adherence to internal control procedures is critical to effective credit control and collection of debts.
  • Function as the expert on Cash Application processes and related systems. Collaborate with work streams during process enhancements, acquisitions/divestitures, and major system implementations.
  • Ensure that functional issues are appropriately prioritized and resolved.
  • The incumbent is required to frequently liaise with internal sales and administrative personnel and customers to identify and resolve customer account issues.
  • Engage actively with the business team country supported.
  • Initiate monthly engagement meetings as a pulse check on the service delivery on a regular basis.
  • Reporting –KPI –Monthly basis.

Essential requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field. Exposure to automation and analytical tools serves as an added advantage.
  • Experienced in using ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of internal control procedures, policies, and practices related to Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of oral and written communication.
  • Having worked in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) would be an added advantage.
