Jawatan: Transport cum Operation Supervisor

Area: Bandar Botanic, Klang

Job Scope:

Forecast Priority

  1. Resources-Driver team perlu cari 10 pekerja baru dalam seminggu. Tampal poster di Klang valley, Outstation, Facebook & cara lain.
  2. Kurangkan kos transport, kerosakan van/kereta, jimat minyak & pastikan van/kereta bersih.
  3. Memastikan hostel sentiasa dalam keadaan yang bersih & terjaga.
  4. Support operation & driver when needed.
Tugas
  1. Pastikan van/kereta telah diservis mengikut mileage, memperbaharui roadtax, pemeriksaan Puspakon & kebersihan.
  2. Jadual pengangkutan perlu hantar di WhatsApp transport group setiap hari 2 kali pada pukul 3.30petang dan 8.00 petang.
  3. Driver meeting seminggu sekali di pejabat pada hari Isnin.
  4. Berikan pemandu KPI berdasarkan prestasi mereka. Borang KPI perlu hantar kepada Wuan Ching sebelum pukul 4.00 petang pada 15hb setiap bulan.
  5. Semak, pantau & luluskan tuntutan OT pemandu, tol & bil petrol.
  6. Pastikan driver mematuhi SOP untuk memeriksa kereta/van setiap hari di WhatsApp P1 Group.
Hostel
  1. Pastikan driver memeriksa kebersihan dan kerosakan hostel setiap minggu.
  2. Sekiranya terdapat kerosakan pada hostel, anda perlu mencari pemilik untuk membincangkannya, mendapatkan kelulusan daripada ketua & mengaturkan kontraktor untuk membaiki kerosakan tersebut. (Kerosakan yang sebabkan oleh pekerja, syarikat akan potong gaji mereka)
  3. Ambil gambar meter bil air dan elektrik hostel setiap bulan pada 23-25hb & hantar di WhatsApp PAC HR.
  4. Atur pekerja baru masuk hostel & sediakan senarai nama pekerja tinggal di hostel.
  5. Buang pekerja yang malas atau sikap bermasalah.
  6. Cari hostel baru, buang pekerja dari hostel kerana mengedar dadah, menjual dadah & lain-lain.
  7. Semak, pantau & luluskan tuntutan OT hostel.
  8. Sediakan excel file potongan laporan gaji pekerja yang tinggal di hostel.
  9. Pertemuan mingguan dengan pasukan mencari pekerja baru.
Operation
  1. Menjaga kilang supply workers. (Domino, Lam Seng, Lazda, Kerry)
  2. Pantau bilangan hari bekerja dari Khamis hingga Rabu untuk kelayakan pekerja pinjaman mingguan. Serahkan & pastikan borang pinjaman mingguan sampai ke pejabat (serah kepada admin Billing dept) sebelum 11.00am pada setiap Khamis melalui pemandu.
  3. Menyelesaikan masalah kehadiran dan disiplin pekerja. (Surat amaran akan dikeluarkan jika perlu)
  4. Pastikan leader hantar kehadiran pekerja dalam WhatsApp PAC Asia group, ambil gambar punch card hantar dalam WhatsApp Punch Card group. D/O & Job Sheet hantar ke pejabat setiap hari & punch card hantar ke pejabat setiap minggu.
  5. Atur transport untuk pekerja yang sakit, kalau ada.
  6. Susunkan seorang jurubank untuk membuka akaun bank untuk pekerja baru.
  7. Tolong leader aturkan pekerja baru untuk memasuki kilang pada hari pertama mereka.
  8. Sediakan borang yang diperlukan kepada leader.
  9. Meeting dengan leader & pekerja di tempat kilang 2 minggu sekali.
  10. Bertemu dengan pelanggan untuk membincangkan atau menyelesaikan masalah pekerja atau kerja.
  11. Untuk pekerja baru, anda perlu berbincang dengan Wuan Ching kilang mana pekerja akan masuk.
  12. Setiap hari anda perlu mengemas kini rancangan Daily Transport plan semalam dalam laporan excel file. Setiap minggu anda perlu mencetak laporan Daily Transport Plan & berikan kepada Wuan Ching.
  13. Kena masuk kilang seminggu sekali untuk tengok apa masalah pekerja & pelanggan.
  14. Pastikan leader ada balas semua WhatsApp group.
  15. Nasihat leader untuk mengambil tindakan terhadap pekerja yang bermasalah.
Kelayakan:
  1. Berumur 22 – 50 tahun
  2. Boleh bekerja kerja lebih masa
  3. Tidak mempunyai sebarang rekod jenayah
  4. Sihat tubuh badan (tidak mempunyai penyakit kronik) dan rajin
Gaji Pokok: RM2,500 - RM2,700
