Carry out your duties in a professional manner at all times.
Adopt a teamwork spirit by liaising effectively with the Company's Staff.
Maintain employee records, including personal details, job roles, compensation, and performance histories.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Perform monthly reconciliations on bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, and debtor and creditor reconciliations.
Manage incoming payments which include invoicing, data inputting, reporting on delinquent accounts, cash receipts, and deposits.
Accurately process accounts payable including data inputting, maintaining expenditure records, resolving queries, coordinating timely payments, and resolving payment discrepancies.
Liaise with sales teams on invoicing and payments.
Update reporting templates regularly.
Provide administrative support to the Owner and across different functions.
Follow all operating procedures in a methodical and structured manner whilst providing exceptional attention to detail.
Assist in other areas within the Company as and when requested by your superior.
At all times, keep your immediate superiors promptly and fully informed of your conduct of the business or affairs of the Company.
Minimum RequirementsTo qualify for this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in Human resources and administration.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- A good eye for detail, coupled with quality communication ability.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel; good skills with the rest of the MS Office suite will also be important.
- Strong work ethics; you must be discreet and have respect for the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive material.
- Able to manage Human Resources and Administration including inquiries, sales, and records.
- Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Organized, thorough, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- The ability to solve problems independently.
