Job Summary
A business analyst bridges business needs with tech solutions by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, analyze, and validate comprehensive functional specifications.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to align requirements among various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers in design sessions to define effective solutions based on use cases.
- Produce system design components such as use cases, business rules, wireframes, and detailed functional documents.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Undertake certification assurance and secure approval with EMVCo.
- Share essential insights and discoveries with the team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify and resolve issues, and deliver greater value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Possesses a degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates a high level of adaptability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Exhibits proficient writing skills for procedures and reports, along with effective verbal communication abilities.
- Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Nice-to-Have:
- An advantageous addition would be 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role.
