Responsibilities
- Utilize online tools to verify and accurately determine customer coordinates based on provided addresses.
- Work closely with team members to streamline and optimize coordinate verification procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry processes.
- Respond promptly to any address-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Meet established deadlines and contribute to the overall efficiency of delivery operations.
- Handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Document and report any recurring address-related issues for continuous process improvement.
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards throughout the verification process.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to read and interpret addresses effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
