We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Team in Xsolla. In this role as a Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to Xsolla's Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, project management methodologies, and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Develop and manage project plans for infrastructure projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  2. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects on time and within budget
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project deliverables meet their needs
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure projects
  5. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
  6. Manage project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
  7. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest infrastructure technologies and trends
  9. Develop and implement infrastructure best practices
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an infrastructure environment
  3. Understanding of infrastructure technologies, concepts, and practices, including networks, servers, storage, cloud computing, databases, IaC, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and alerting
  4. Deep understanding and proficiency in project management methodologies
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
