Job Responsibility
  1. Processing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  2. Assisting in negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  3. Monitoring and managing procurement budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  4. Keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
  5. Ensuring that all shipping activities comply with local and international regulations, including customs documentation.
  6. Planning and coordinating the transportation of goods, including selecting carriers and scheduling shipments.
  7. Working closely with finance, production, and sales teams to align procurement and shipping with organizational needs.
Job Requirements
  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Individuals will require 2 years experience in the import-related procurement process.
  3. Preferably candidates that can read Mandarin to handle China vendors.
  4. Analytical skills to evaluate process thinking.
  5. Attention to detail regarding requirements of purchase.
  6. Experience in ERM and CRM or any related software for supply chain management.
  7. Organizational and planning skills for smooth delivery of products.
  8. Multitasking skills to handle ad-hoc situations related to procurement and shipping processes.
