Tax Preparation & Compliance

  • Prepare individual and corporate tax filings for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Manage all associated documentation, forms, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate closely with clients to gather required financial information.

Liaison with Inland Revenue Board (IRB)

  • Respond promptly to IRB queries and handle any tax audits or investigations.
  • Compile and present documentation to substantiate tax positions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Prepare full sets of accounts (including general ledger, balance sheet, profit & loss statements, etc.) for client portfolios.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local accounting standards.
  • Perform periodic reconciliation of accounts to verify financial data.

Ad-Hoc Tasks & Assignments

  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Provide support to other team members during peak periods or tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in accounting andtax.
