Safety and Health Executive | Johor Bahru

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field
  • Must possess and completed 4 papers of SHO exam
  • Certified Safety and Health Officer is added advantage
  • Has working experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledgeable in OSHA, FMA, UBBL, Fire Service Act and EQA
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise Top Management and Safety & Health Committee in legal and other requirements
  • Collect, analyze and maintain statistic reports on any incidents at work place
  • Co-ordinate, execute and review safety and health activities and improvement in the company
  • Coordinate and conduct accident investigations
  • Competent in systematic and statistical data analysis as well as presentation of result
  • Possess basic knowledge in handling analytical instrument
  • Hands on experience in conducting lab analysis
  • Willing to work extra hours when necessary
  • Good teamwork and time management with the ability of multitasking and good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and most preferred
Production Technician – Mechanical | Johor Bahru

  • Minimum certificate/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent from Polytechnic/IKM
  • Experience in manufacturing /chemical plant

Job Requirements

  • Minimum certificate in Engineering Electrical, Engineering Electromechanical or equivalent from Polytechnic/IKM
  • Experience in manufacturing /chemical plant
  • Machine problem analysis & improvement
  • Good in planning & job arrangement
  • ISO management in ISO 9001, 14001 & Halal
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Willing to perform for call back
  • Electrical Knowledge (Electrical control, Overhead under ground table)
  • Problem solving skill (Brainstorming, Root Cause Analysis)

Job Responsibilities

  • Repairing, servicing and maintenance of equipment
  • Purchase for spare parts or equipment
  • Monitor & control of inventory
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, machine inspection plan
  • Carry out PM job
  • Preventive maintenance for machine & equipment
  • Improvement machine efficiency and minimal machine downtime
  • Work closely with production and other engineering group to achieve best result for the company
  • Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability
  • Experience with PLC (Panasonic, Mitsubishi)
  • Experience with Electrical diagram and hard wiring
Quality Assurance Technician | Johor Bahru

Job Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in any discipline
  • Preferable have an experience in QA & laboratory
