We are looking for a CRM & Digital Assistant Manager to manage digital/CRM data and utilize relevant digital tools, including Paid (SEM) and Owned (Website, SEO, and CRM) channels. The key requirement for this position is collaborating with different brands and departments to attract new users, enhance user retention, and optimize our digital share of voice (SOV).

A day in the life of a CRM & Digital Assistant Manager

  • Accountable and responsible to strategize, develop and implement CRM plans (call center, SMS, EDM, loyalty programs, events) that nourish strong relationships with consumers to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsible for CRM budget with rigorous tracking & prioritization to deliver on business plan commitments.
  • Responsible to recruit target audiences to be in the journey as early as possible based on complete eBusiness plan by working closely with brand, trade or medical team.
  • In partnership with brand marketing, lead the development of consumer segmentation with tailored and relevant marketing messages to maximize effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Responsible for developing partnerships with external agencies and regularly evaluate & assess their performance, proposing arising opportunities or addressing upcoming challenges.
  • Work closely with the brand team to optimize content towards best practices from search, website performance, social media management, etc., on all digital initiatives.
  • Responsible for developing a framework and dashboard to accurately measure, analyze and report performance; continually assessing the cost of acquisition and retention and providing an understanding of which channels/programs are more effective to drive improved return on investment & prioritization of resources.
  • Oversee overall SEM & SEO strategy & execution plan. Requires a SEM specialist to effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the Marketing team to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers. Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage SEM/SEO campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies by optimizing copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns.

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a direct marketing environment, preferably with experience in both acquisition and retention marketing.
  • Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, technical and mathematical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker.
  • Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills.
