We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Manager (SM) to join our sales team based out of our offices in various locations in BW office. Your responsibilities will be to lead a sales team and develop the team into successful performers, coach them by engaging with them in sales attachment and ultimately drive the team to achieve their target. To help achieving this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, highly rewarding commission structure, subsidized transport allowance, subsidized mobile phone, work tools and career opportunities. You will also be given full product and sales solutions training in Pest Control and Hygiene, with hands-on assistance from our group of Specialist and Sales Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the sales team and drive them to achieve monthly and annual target
  2. Coaching and guiding sales team into professional sales personnel
  3. Reviewing weekly sales activities, defining strategic sales pipeline and prospects by building on solid existing client relationships to win more new sales and clients in your territory to help the team to achieve sales target
  4. Engaging in sales route ride with the team within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities is explored
  5. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  6. Driving sales revenue and analysing their needs for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  7. Taking accountability by ensuring team updates daily sales in system
  8. Being agile and flexible to perform on-site inspections as and when required
  9. Working closely with other team members to assist in collection
  1. Conducting sales meetings and supporting overall sales SOP so as to be aligned with Company's direction
  2. Conducting visits at major customers' sites on a monthly basis to understand their needs, concerns and suggest improvements from feedback received

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Minimum a Diploma in any related field with at least 5 years relevant Sales Management/Supervisory experience
  2. Strong leadership qualities, result-oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
  3. Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergizing the team towards achieving sales target
  4. Driven by data, analytical, able to develop team by managing their sales activities and coaching them accordingly
  5. Excellent in building a network of excellent customer relationships
  6. Able to identify potential opportunities and provide cost-effective solutions to clients
  7. Ability to work onsite especially under the sun and go on joint visits with Sales/Technical colleagues
  8. Good understanding of Business clients in your designated geographic areas/region
  9. Able to work autonomously and thrive on challenges
  10. Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
  11. Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

  5. Excellent and multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
  6. Commercially focused and is alert of the changes and updates in market movement
  7. Able to travel to various locations within the designated territory
