Job Responsibilities

• Perform operation/process as per document and must be certified. Does not perform work with substandard tools or machines.

• Achieve daily targets given to them.

• Highlight any quality issues regarding the product or operation to Line Leader or Supervisor.

• Follow any other related processes such as ESD and Cleanroom procedure.

• Maintain 5S all the time (to perform at the end of the shift).

• Practice Lean Manufacturing.

• Multiskill.

About the Team

Coherent Malaysia (formerly known as II-VI Incorporated) began operations in 2001 through the incorporation of Finisar Malaysia with 300 headcounts and now employs over 3000 employees.
