Test Automation Engineer

Location:

KL/Malaysia

Experience:

6 to 9 years

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Experience in script creation with TOSCA tool.
  2. Experience in working with TQLs in TOSCA tool.
  3. Experience in banking domain.
  4. Experience in writing, executing, and managing Test Scripts both manual and automated.
  5. Design test automation framework and develop new test automation libraries.
  6. Develop the Automated Regression Pack.
  7. Test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events.
  8. Participate in meetings with product owners, business owners, and product team members.
  9. Understanding and describing existing automation architecture and manual testing setups.
  10. Learn and bring new testing knowledge into the team.
  11. Proficient in API, UI, Backend, and End-End Testing.
  12. Experience in designing and developing test automation scripts for system integration testing.
  13. Good understanding of Object Oriented and Functional Programming.
  14. Experience using SQL with regard to writing and understanding queries and procedures.
  15. Experience in managing multiple test environments and running automated tests.
  16. Ability to triage and diagnose defects/issues.
  17. Experience in Defect/Test management tools like Jira, ALM, ADO, etc.
  18. Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  19. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
