Role Description

The Lead Risk Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the identification, analysis, and management of risks across the Northern Coastal Highway (NCH) Project. This includes providing technical support to the project team, facilitating regular risk reviews, and ensuring compliance with the project's risk management plan and procedures. The role involves developing and running quantitative cost and schedule risk models, interpreting analysis results, and setting acceptable variance thresholds.

The Lead Risk Engineer will also lead detailed risk assessments during reporting cycles, coordinate mitigation planning, and take an active role in the continuous improvement of risk management practices within the project scope.

  • Analytical Skills and Risk Analysis abilities
  • Experience in Risk Engineering
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Min of 10 years of working experience in a similar role
