As an Engineer-Molding at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

Your key responsibilities:

• Perform process development on existing and new molds in a systematic manner, where impact from mold, material, machine and equipment is well balanced against specification, measurement and performance.
• Train and educate technicians so similar understanding and knowledge is shared and adapted in daily operations across all molding processes.
• Mold and material trial in relation to optimizing projects, cost-saving projects, R&D projects, etc. Troubleshoot on issues and new projects to fit the best possible solution taking the total setup into consideration.
• Perform analysis on tests and data using statistical tools to gain precise information and reach correct conclusions quickly.
• Document and file all investigations and results properly for easy access at a later stage.
• Capable of reading and understanding specifications and requirements in a broader perspective and translating this into daily work.

What you will bring to the team:

• A Diploma/Degree in Engineering with extensive experience in Molding.
• Good experience in supporting and troubleshooting day-to-day molding production engineering-related issues. Good experience in molding production engineering cost-saving projects.
• Good experience in performing mold, molding machine, and molding process optimization and improvement. Able to conduct molded component defect analysis and problem-solving.
• Good experience with Advanced Molding Technologies. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce defects in the molding production process.
