Responsibilities:

Electrical Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Mechanical Design and Software teams to understand project requirements and integrate electrical design specifications into the machine's development.
• Create and maintain detailed bills of materials (BOM), selecting and sourcing electrical components aligned with project needs, cost-effectiveness, and availability.
• Utilize AutoCAD/Eplan (or other electrical schematic tools) to design electrical schematic diagrams in accordance with customer specifications and project requirements.
• Design optimal layouts for electrical control boxes, ensuring precise wire sizing and implementing circuit protection mechanisms as per system requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Department to track and ensure timely delivery of all necessary components for machine assembly and deployment.

• Perform rigorous electrical system testing and troubleshooting during machine power-up, ensuring smooth software operation and functionality before final delivery.

• Ability to travel both locally and overseas, upon requests for project onsite installation support.

Vision Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirement, perform feasibility studies, and be able to propose machine vision solutions to customers.
• Perform image evaluation on customer's samples to determine and propose the hardware (optic, camera, lens, lighting) and software requirement for machine vision system.
• Design and develop machine vision system based on project requirements with software programming language or logic based configuration by utilizing image processing library.
• Perform software programming, UI design, software architecture design, and software performance optimization on PC based vision platform.
• Responsible for installation and support on programming and fine tuning vision inspection systems at factory and customer site.
• Accountable for project planning, delivery schedules and project realization project time estimation including customer site support and training.

Electrical Design Section Manager

Responsibilities:

• First level of full people management – leads a team through expertise in most or all areas within a function or mastery of a specific professional discipline.

MIS Executive (Cybersecurity)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing security assessments for IT projects and implementing enterprise vulnerability management programs.
• Implement and maintain IT Security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Assist in preparing and reviewing systems security risk profiles regularly.
• Maintain the infrastructure health by performing daily monitoring, patch updates, configuration review and hardware replacement when is needed.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented as per specifications and timely manner.

Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of validation exercise documentation including validation protocol (DQ, IQ,OQ,PQ) and master validation plan.
• Coordinate execution of validation activities, work closely with Operations team and related parties to meet validation timeline.
• Review validation protocols and test report to ensure that they are technically correct.
• Ensure validation plan and reports are meeting regulatory requirements.
• Anticipate problems actively and take appropriate action to mitigate impact.
• Responsible for the tracking and managing the resolution of issues generated during validation.
• Providing timely status and updates to management as required.
