The Onboarding Specialist will assist, guide and support the candidate throughout the international onboarding process – ensuring all documentation is complete and processes are adhered to in order to ensure a seamless and timely onboarding experience.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete the entire onboarding process for candidates – from the point of signed job offer until candidates have successfully traveled.
  2. Maintain and manage documentation for candidates with job offers and ensure each process for each market is completed within the agreed timeframe.
  3. Ensure candidates' documents are stored safely and completely.
  4. Analyze candidates' profiles to anticipate potential challenges.
  5. Communicate actively with candidates regarding necessary documents, processes, charges, and relocation.
  6. Deliver onboarding programs for international hires.
  7. Stay updated on the latest policies, laws, processes, and documentation to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  8. Reporting: Management and Client.
  9. Complete any ad-hoc duties assigned.
