Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a degree in information technology or computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network and server management, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
  • Previous experience of leading an operations management team within an IT capacity.
  • Proven knowledge and technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with customers, subordinates, peers, and senior management.
  • Facilitation and project management skills.
  • Effective people management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the planning, deployment, and management of all essential IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, and storage.
  • Works closely with other IT teams, like application development and cybersecurity, to ensure that infrastructure can support new technologies and business initiatives.
  • Manages the day-to-day operational and project tasks within the IT Infrastructure team.
  • Manages internal and external communications and serves as the primary contact for escalation of business issues.
  • Assists with the management of relationships with external organizations and suppliers.
