To assist the Executive Director in overseeing all aspects of administration and financial management, including human resources and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director in overseeing all aspects of the administration and financial management of the organization and that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Identify, assess, and inform the Executive Director of external issues that may affect the organization.
  • Foster effective teamwork between administration, finance, and programme staff of the organization.
  • Perform such duties as may be assigned from time to time by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in managing finance and administration operation and reporting functions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other accounting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
