  • Strong proficiency in C/C++, including modern standards and frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of network protocols, IP traffic handling, and telecom engineering.
  • Experience with multi-threaded programming, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.
  • Proven success in leading software projects and technical initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; able to guide team through complex challenges.
  • Strong communicator, capable of explaining technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
