Senior SAP Business Analyst

• On Call Support: Monitor, analyze and resolve SAP issues reported by worldwide FG users with agreed response timing. Escalate urgent and complex issues to IT and work with IT and users to drive resolution with root cause analysis.
• Project Management: Lead or participate in key projects driven by FG management or with cross-functional teams, including gathering user requirements and understanding processes, and providing advice.
• SAP Enhancements: Act as a liaison between FG process leaders and IT on SAP system enhancements, including gathering user requirements and providing support on feasibility studies and case ranking.
• Perform Testing: Work with IT to perform System Testing, and coordinate users to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with proper recording of results.
• User Training and Support: Provide effective training and support to end-users to ensure they can use the system efficiently.
• Configuration Support: Own and be responsible for support of the SAP meta-data and configuration tables related to Finished Goods.
• Reporting Solutions: Provide reporting solutions and analytics for WW Finished Goods operations.
• Documentation: Participate in process/system designs and document system logic, transaction code functionalities, and local business processes.
• Other project tasks as assigned, e.g., analytics, perform SAP security, mapping process flows.

• Sound knowledge of Order to Cash process, Material Master data, shipping documents, order types, and STO specifically in the area of FG and Logistics.
• Experience in managing SAP configuration tables.
• Basic knowledge in debugging and ABAP database tables.
• Good process knowledge of SD module.
• Experience in implementing S4 Hana SRM/EWM will be an added advantage

• Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-8 years of relevant experience working on SAP. Remuneration will be pegged to experience.
• May be required to standby occasionally to support WW Distribution operations and project rollouts.

• MMP Penang, but may be required to station at vendor's location to support and roll out SAP enhancements and projects.
