Job Summary:
FC-BIOS is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Finance Manager to join our growing team. This individual will not only manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company but will also play a crucial role in overseeing pricelist costing, handling special price requests, and supporting project costings. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance management and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost assessments and pricing strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Conduct variance analysis and recommend strategies for improving financial performance.
  3. Provide detailed financial reports to senior management, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Pricelist Costing:

  1. Manage the development, updating, and maintenance of the company's pricelist to ensure it reflects accurate costs and market conditions.
  2. Analyze and track cost structures and provide recommendations for pricing adjustments as needed.
  3. Work closely with the sales, procurement, and product teams to ensure all costs are accurately captured and reflected in the pricing strategy.

Special Price Requests:

  1. Review and approve special pricing requests from sales teams, ensuring they align with company margins and profitability targets.
  2. Analyze the financial impact of custom pricing requests and work with other departments to ensure feasibility and profitability.
  3. Develop and implement guidelines for special price requests to maintain consistency and profitability across the organization.

Project Costing:

  1. Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.
  2. Track project costs throughout the lifecycle and provide reports to stakeholders regarding financial performance against budget.
  3. Assist in cost control and monitoring of project profitability, offering insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.

Cash Flow & Risk Management:

  1. Oversee cash flow management, ensuring the company's financial obligations are met in a timely manner.
  2. Identify financial risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
  3. Assist in the development of financial models to predict future financial performance and support decision-making.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

  1. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, tax obligations, and financial reporting standards.
  2. Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
  3. Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  4. Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  5. Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and supply chain, to ensure financial alignment and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or professional qualification, such as CPA or CMA, is a plus).
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Finance Manager or in a similar role with responsibility for financial planning, costing, and pricing.
  3. Strong understanding of costing models, financial analysis, and pricing strategies.
  4. Hands-on experience with project costings and managing special price requests.
  5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and departments.
  7. Proficiency in financial software (e.g: Oracle Netsuite) and advanced Excel skills.
