The Role
We are looking for a motivated Electronic Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and reworking electronic products to ensure they meet company quality standards. You will also support repair activities, product testing, and documentation while working closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot defective electronic products.
- Repair and rework products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Replace faulty electronic components and verify product functionality after repair.
- Perform functional testing and inspection before product release.
- Record repair findings, replaced components, and corrective actions.
- Maintain repair records and prepare repair reports.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Engineering team when necessary.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are properly maintained.
- Follow company quality, safety, and ESD procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and repair efficiency.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, repair reports, and product testing records when required.
- Perform other technical duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate repair records and update repair status in the company's repair service database.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
- Good soldering and rework skills (through-hole and SMD components are preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Prefered Skills
- Root cause analysis.
- PCB troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in repairing electronic products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and DC power supplies.
