Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Tester (Card Domain) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with payment services, including Visa and Mastercard, and possess in-depth knowledge of industry protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and manage card payment services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO8583 and ISO2022 specifications.
  • Collaborate on system integration and testing to enhance payment solutions.
  • Utilize API tools, such as Postman, to facilitate seamless service interactions.
  • Contribute to process automation and test execution, leveraging test automation tools where applicable.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to transaction processing and card services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with card services, including Visa and Mastercard.
  • Strong familiarity with ISO8583 and ISO2022 specifications.
  • Experience using API tools like Postman is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to test automation tools is an added advantage.
