About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Sin Guhe Trading Sdn Bhd, based in Skudai, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
  2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  3. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as suppliers and clients, to resolve accounting-related queries.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  6. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
  3. Proficient in using SQL accounting software.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  6. Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards.
