The Business Development Manager must be able to engage with businesses in the Fashion or e-Commerce markets. You are responsible for developing comprehensive logistics solutions, including Courier Domestic, Air Freight, Warehousing & Fulfillment, and Trucking. Additionally, you play a key role in enhancing Company's capabilities in the Fashion and e-Commerce sectors.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Market Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Fashion & Apparel and e-Commerce sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends and client needs.

Solution Development:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored logistics solutions for clients.
  • Promote Company's capabilities in end-to-end logistics, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve sales targets by closing new business deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Industry Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Fashion and e-Commerce sectors.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 (five) years' related working experience.
