Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to service and visit customers on a regular basis.
  2. Responsible for contract review and handling of customer inquiries & feedback, consulting with the concerned department as necessary.
  3. Responsible for collection of payment in a timely manner.
  4. Responsible to find new potential customers and monitor sales targets.
  5. Responsible to generate sales reports and forecast of sales.
  6. To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.
  7. Regularly conduct market analysis, surveys, and research in line with company products.
  8. Compile necessary documents and mail to customers in time.
  9. Responsible to handle customer complaints and convey them to the concerned department for actions to be taken.
  10. Responsible to liaise with relevant departments for any information required by customers.
  11. Main tasks are to fulfill management sales targets and explore new markets/new customer bases in the area which management sets targets for.
