Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is highly preferred
  • Friendly, responsible, and a great team player
  • Ability to train and mentor junior team members
  • Previous work experience as a Barista, Food Server, or similar role
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to manage inventory and order supplies
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily café operations and support junior baristas
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the workspace
  • Manage inventory and assist with stock ordering
  • Deliver top-notch customer service with a smile
  • Uphold quality control and consistency standards
