In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate and manage intercompany tasks across regions, i.e., AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Ensure that the intercompany recharges between intra-entities are recorded timely and accurately.
- Ensure that the intercompany funds transfer and settlement are accurately captured in the system.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group Policies.
- Support month-end financial close activities, closing the fiscal books accurately and in a timely manner.
- Facilitate quarterly and year-end external audits.
- Interact and communicate with the respective business units to facilitate any special and/or reporting requirements.
- Participate in intercompany-related process integration and/or improvement projects.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, numeracy, and financial and accounting understanding.
- Demonstrate proven communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, as the role includes providing training on control and compliance-related matters.
- Show willingness to learn/adapt and ability to meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Possess a positive "can do" attitude, goal-oriented, critical thinker, creative, and enjoy challenges.
- A good team player, able to collaborate with other Finance teams, as well as cross-functionally.
- At least a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Knowledge of Oracle System will be an advantage.
- Written and verbal communication in English and Chinese at a medium level.
- At least 2 years of working experience in finance-related tasks.
- Experience working in multinational companies or international firms will provide an added advantage.
