Responsibilities
  • Ensuring timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handling filing, keeping records, and assuring accurate document filing
  • General office administration tasks
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Preparing related company transactions and ensuring reconciling items are followed up properly
  • Ensuring accounting records & systems are in compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle a full set of accounts
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
