Accounts Assistant (Sungata Supercars Sdn Bhd)

1 Full-Time position is available.

Responsibilities:

  1. To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintaining, and updating account records on a timely basis.
  2. Bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable on a timely basis to support month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure accurate & timely financial reporting.
  3. Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.
  4. Processing staff claims, advancement & reimbursement of expenses.
  5. Perform physical inventory counts, reconcile/tracking, and assist in resolving the inventory discrepancies.
  6. Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents.
  7. Provide administration support like renewing licenses, doing banking transactions, etc.
  8. Assist in audit, tax, e-invoice & related compliance.
  9. Handle ad hoc tasks as required by superior/management.
  10. To do any other matters as required by Management.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of working experience. Having experience in the automotive industry or related field will be an added advantage.
  3. Able to handle full sets of accounts will be an added advantage.
  4. Able to converse in English & Malay.
  5. Must possess initiative and be self-motivated.
