Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing customer support services. The Client Servicing Executive will also need to prepare and deliver presentations, and manage accounts.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated client services and customer service skills
  2. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  3. Experience in delivering pitches, presentations and managing accounts
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  7. Experience in the agency, marketing and advertising industry is a plus
  8. Ability to read and write Chinese is a must
