Overview:

Nolan Interior is hiring a Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will manage our lifecycle channels and have a big opportunity to learn and grow with a quickly scaling home goods brand. You'll work closely with the Marketing leadership team to give Nolan Interior's lifecycle program a facelift to boost customer LTV, while optimizing automations, building campaign calendar, and segmenting to unique customer cohorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all elements of customer lifecycle & CRM marketing — from our tools we use, the touch points with our customer, and the KPIs for each customer segment.
• Create and refine automated lifecycle journeys and one-off campaigns across email, push, SMS, and other CRM channels to increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Write engaging copy and manage the creative vision for email campaigns
• Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for segmentation, and develop and execute the roadmap for lead generation & customer retention
• Establish, implement, and optimize A/B testing strategies to drive campaign performance
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email and SMS performance, making adjustments to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Collaboration: Work with the creative, growth and eCommerce teams to ensure our retention efforts aligns with other marketing activities
• Compliance: Keep our marketing activities compliant with all relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years in lifecycle marketing or retention roles
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar platforms), with a strong understanding of SMS and email marketing best practices.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative and Strategic Thinking: Strong attention to detail with the ability to craft compelling messaging that aligns with brand voice and resonates with customers.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
