Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve quality performance of products and processes.
  • Ensure all product quality meets specifications, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out the Maintenance Schedule as planned.
  • Execute daily production activities ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Comply with safety requirements.
  • Operate machinery to produce quality parts that meet product specifications.
  • Read 2D drawings and design dies.
  • Perform turning operations.
  • Improve product cycle time.
  • Report any machine or equipment damage and breakdowns to immediate superior.
  • Plan and schedule production to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Possess good knowledge and hands-on experience in CNC Auto Lathe.
  • Maintain production floor cleanliness at all times.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Language required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with SPVM, SPM, Mastercam, SolidWorks, and CNC machine centers.
