Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to produce engaging and innovative content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to generate fresh ideas, execute high-quality content, and help grow our online presence. Knowledge of TikTok and Xiaohongshu is an added bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Develop and create both static and video content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
  2. Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content strategies and social media campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
  3. Short Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos/reels, ensuring they are optimized for different social media platforms.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage daily posts and ensure that all content is on-brand and resonates with our audience.
  5. Trend Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics for all content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Editing & Optimization: Edit videos and photos to meet platform-specific standards and ensure high-quality output.
  8. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
  9. Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation or a related role.
  2. Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
  3. Knowledge of TikTok and Xiaohongshu is a plus.
  4. Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  5. Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, etc).
  6. Excellent communication and time management skills.
  7. Experience with social media analytics and tools for performance tracking.
  8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
