Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments.
- Differentiate lessons according to students' abilities and learning needs.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress.
- Encourage critical thinking, communication and independent learning.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and academic staff.
- Participate in school activities, professional development and co-curricular programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, TESL, TESOL, Humanities or a related field.
- Recognised teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Teaching experience in an international school is an advantage.
- Experience teaching English, ESL/EAL or Humanities is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate, responsible and committed to student development.
- Able to teach across different subject areas.
