Flexiroam, an ASX-listed eSim Data Roaming company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media buying, social media marketing, UX/UI optimization, digital campaign planning and execution, retention marketing, and affiliate marketing.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing these activities, coordinating execution with our digital vendors and partners, and ultimately driving conversions and maximizing the performance of our mobile app platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Media Buy: Plan and execute digital media buying campaigns across various channels to acquire new customers and promote Flexiroam's products and services.
  2. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website and app.
  3. UX/UI Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the user experience and interface of our mobile app platform to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  4. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to achieve business objectives.
  5. Retention Marketing: Implement strategies to retain existing customers, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and app push campaigns.
  6. Affiliate Marketing: Manage and expand our affiliate marketing program to drive additional revenue and customer acquisition.
  7. Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with digital vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities and achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Dashboard Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the areas mentioned above.
  2. Strong understanding of digital media buying, social media marketing, and UX/UI optimization.
  3. Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Knowledge of retention marketing strategies, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and app push notifications.
  5. Familiarity with affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Passion for digital marketing and technology.
  10. Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  3. Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
