You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  5. Present proposals and solutions to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our services.
  6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Must be based in Kuching, Sarawak.
  3. Understanding digital development and marketing strategies is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an organization.
  6. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
