1) Responsible for designing, planning, and supervising construction projects, focusing on structural integrity, safety, and compliance with regulations.

2) Technical Design & Analysis

Prepare civil and structural drawings and calculations.

Analyse structural systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

3) Project Management, Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with architects, contractors, authorities and other engineers.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related queries.

4) Site Supervision

Conduct inspections to monitor construction progress and workmanship.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Oversee safety practices and risk management on-site.

5) Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with clients to understand project requirements.

Present technical solutions and updates to Client, stakeholders and project team.

Support tender preparation and documentation.

Qualification & Experiance:

Min 5 years working experience as Civil Engineering and related experience, under property/ construction and development industry.

Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Professional Engineer (PE) status is an advantage.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam and willing to travel.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and regulatory compliance.

Strong inter-personal skill in human relation.

Problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication.
