Work Location: Nilai
Compulsory Skill Set: Proven experience in sales, particularly in new business acquisition.

Minimum Years of Experience: 2-3 years preferred, or 3 years of relevant experience.
Required Languages: English & Mandarin (mandatory to speak, write, and read in both languages).

Specializing in the Digital Signage & EV

Candidate:

Need qualified in engineering or related field.
Young, eager and hungry for sales with continuous hard-work in developing New Business.
Male or female.

Willing to travel overseas regularly - Awesome benefits like this awaits you for the young and energetic.

Speaking in Mandarin is a Must as our client's customers are from Chinese communicating countries.

Foreign language is an advantage, particularly Spanish, and Portuguese.
Pleasant personality, good command of English, good with people.
Able to start within a short period of time.

Special Incentive that awaits for those who wants to challenge your goal.
(Sales commission expected to be 30 to 50% basic salary per annum)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients through cold calls, networking, events, and online channels.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads and create a pipeline of potential clients through research and outreach.
  3. Client Acquisition: Focus on converting prospects into clients by presenting products and services effectively and addressing their needs.
  4. Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to align strategies and support the full sales cycle.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales, particularly in new business acquisition.
  2. Mandarin Speaking candidates are priority due to the nature of Business.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  5. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  7. Knowledge of the local market and industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Engineering, Signage, Finance) is advantageous.
