Job Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with the Plant Engineer / Production Manager on the scheduling of overall production to meet production targets and shipment dates.
  2. Direct production shift supervisors for day-to-day production schedules and ensure that the Production Shift Supervisors carry out their duties and responsibilities.
  3. Liaise with the loading section (raw material) for daily oil feed tank changes.
  4. Ensure all unit operations operate and produce according to scheduling and proper specifications.
  5. Audit and monitor supervisors and operators daily/routine tasks to ensure compliance.
  6. Resolve human conflicts and optimize resources (human & equipment) to enhance plant output.
  7. Lead oleo production operations during non-working hours as Management Representative, ensuring security and safety.
  8. Accountable for plant safety to achieve zero lost time accidents in all unit operations, especially during non-normal working hours.
  9. Ensure all plants are operational, meeting desired quality and quantity for the shift.
  10. Ensure all employees comply with standards requirements and safety protocols.
  11. Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety, adhering to No Leak and No Stain policies.
  12. Ensure the permit to work system is implemented effectively.
  13. Continuously improve and maintain factory, plant equipment, and environment cleanliness.
  14. Coordinate and manage maintenance to ensure plants are operational on schedule.
  15. Provide training to subordinates to enhance work quality.
  16. Ensure compliance with local environmental rules and regulations, performing periodic checks on waste discharge.
  17. Comply with the Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and other relevant regulations.
  18. Meet all quality standards and requirements imposed by the company and product specifications required by local and international clients.
  19. Coordinate emergency responses, especially during off-office hours.
  20. Witness and sign off on shift supervisor logbooks during handover and provide directives when necessary.
  21. Review daily reports including Production Updates, Plant Quality reports, and Load plans from the Logistics Department.
  22. Abide by the company's rules and regulations and uphold the Code of Conduct.
  23. Comply with all guidelines specified in the Company's Standard Practices.
  24. Demonstrate proficiency in job functions and continually improve service capability.
  25. Foster team spirit among colleagues in day-to-day activities.
  26. Work towards achieving the company's vision, missions, objectives, and targets.
  27. Carry out other specific assignments as required by the company.

  • Knowledge of Fatty Acid and Glycerine.
  • Detail-oriented troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work at Pasir Gudang.
  • More than 3 headcounts needed.
