Lecturer & Head of Digital Marketing Program | Head of Social Media Marketing

As a Finance Executive, your role will involve managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will focus on maintaining accurate financial statements, facilitating budgeting and forecasting, and optimizing financial processes to support the organization's financial health. Your primary objective is to oversee financial operations effectively, ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial management. You will also be responsible for financial planning and analysis, helping to guide the strategic financial decisions of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications like ACCA or CPA are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience, ideally in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably XERO Cloud Accounting System, and strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and various business reports.
  • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Help ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements, invoices, and ledgers.
  • Help manage payroll functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Work with the finance team to complete accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Support evaluations of financial operations to recommend best practices and identify potential issues.
  • Assist in guiding cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and maximizing profits.
  • Support periodic audits to maintain accurate financial records, expenses, and savings.
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
