Job Description
  1. Understand the product and business requirements, including content model
  2. Designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining and improving applications in accordance with user requirements
  3. Writing clean, functional code on the various stacks and frameworks that include mobile application, front-end and back-end
  4. Participating in the architecture design and creation of scalable software
  5. Analyzing and optimizing application code for efficiency, reliability, security, and performance
  6. Providing operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after implementation
  7. Interacting directly with peer developers, QA, UI/UX and product team as part of a cohesive team
  8. Conducting peer code review to maintain high code quality
  9. Testing of developed products and fixing bugs
  10. Writing technical documentation and best practices
  11. Driving quality-related initiatives like unit testing and pattern level design and development
  12. Actively practicing source code version control with Git
Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

  1. Knowledge of ReactJS and NodeJS is a must
  2. Experienced in Laravel PHP is a huge plus
  3. Experienced in native mobile development and React Native is a huge plus
  4. Experienced in NextJS, shadcn and TailwindCSS is a plus
  5. Great understanding of Backend Development - including creating and maintaining APIs, and designing database structures
  6. Experienced in various API integrations, including REST or GraphQL
  7. Knowledge of AWS and cloud architectures are a plus
  8. Good interest in integrating AI into improving productivity and obtaining data-driven decisions

Experience-Related Skillsets & Characteristics

  1. 3-4 years of relevant experience or more required
  2. Work well with various other team members via video calls and remote working
  3. Able to manage work while mentoring junior developers
  4. Security domain: Familiar with penetration testing & resolution
  5. Able to manage and consult upper management with best practices with regards to development processes
  6. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  8. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Able to work both independently and in a team environment
  10. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
