Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement compensation structures including job benchmarking, job evaluation, job grading, compensation package, etc. to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Design and implement attractive bonus, incentive plan and R&R that is relevant to organization and market needs.
  • Develop and prepare new concepts/proposals through benchmarking with best practices, market research and analysis in the formulation, development and implementation of future compensation/benefit program and policies.
  • Lead C&B/Performance Management HRIS implementation.
  • Build and develop education and communication strategies with appropriate stakeholders to increase employee engagement.
  • Other ad-hoc compensation projects as and when required.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Able to work independently and know how to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
