What you will be responsible for:

  • Provide daily maintenance, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for IT equipment such as video system devices, laptops, and printers.
  • Promptly respond to global employee service requests via email, ticket system (ServiceNow/Jira), etc., and maintain ≤24hr SLA compliance (Business Hours).
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, common office software, and mobile applications.
  • Create KB articles and conduct user training sessions on IT best practices.
  • Administer and maintain Unified Endpoint Management platforms (e.g., Intune, Jamf) for software deployment, patch management, device configuration, and Group Policy configurations.
  • Assist the IT team in completing other daily tasks and projects.

How you will stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related fields preferred.
  • 3+ years of IT desktop support or related experience.
  • Expert in Windows: AD, Bitlocker, WIM imaging, GPO.
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
