TasteBudds is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team

Job Requirements

In this role, we hope you can -

  • Execute: Design and launch ad campaigns across popular digital platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Shopee, etc., while aligning with overall brand messaging.
  • Analyse: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and ROAS to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Test: Experiment with different ad variations, copywriting, and target audiences to identify the most effective strategies.
  • Optimize: Allocate allotted marketing budgets efficiently across different channels to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, and with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

You will play a key role in bringing our fun, friendly, and playful brand to life through unique campaigns

This position requires -

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Passion for growing and supporting Malaysian made e-commerce brands #sapotlokal.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in Malaysian consumer behaviour.
  • Strong execution mindset – big things are in the pipelines and we need someone who will join us in hitting each milestone
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure our brand persona shines across all ad campaign creatives.
  • Strong understanding of the functionality and features of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok
    (BIG PLUS if you're up to date on the latest trends too)
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-motivated team player with strong time management skills.
