  • Responsible for the sub domain project or full domain program delivery align with the business objective in multi scenario such as Telecommunication, ICT industry, Data Center facilities, Full Turnkey EPCC, Digital transformation or related industry delivery project scope;
  • Undertake as project management positions in the weaving and implementation of delivery plans during projects, ensuring the feasibility and economic feasibility of delivery plans, and be responsible for the overall results of project delivery;
  • Responsible for the success of the project implementation, ensure the key performance against the project plan, identifying and managing project resources and work stream dependencies, ensuring deliverables completion, achievement of targets, the customer satisfaction, operation, quality and progress met the requirement.
  • Responsible for the Cyber Security & EHS compliance, managing issues and risks throughout the whole project life cycle;
  • In the project delivery, it is possible to organize the monitor, tracking design of solutions, able improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery through appropriate delivery strategies, technical management, and delivery tools, and promote project success;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (preferably ICT, engineering related courses)
  • 5 years working experience in Telecommunication and 3 years of project management experience (at least one full outsourcing project life cycle from end to end).
  • Technical knowledge of physical products, technical knowledge of service products and solutions, and business knowledge of multi-scenario delivery project management
  • Knowledge and experience on project management for full project life cycle project delivery, E2E project management role, EPCC characteristic project type.
  • Possesses good communication skills, able to correctly understand and effectively analyse customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
  • Able to interact well with middle-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
  • Able to work well in a team and achieve targets given by cooperating with team members.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-x, CAPM) is additional advantages.
