Job Responsibilities:

Generic:

1. To interface and provide technical input related to business development, ITB/ RFQs, project implementation, and coordination.
2. To provide technical input and advisory for project execution, technical issues encountered, and project direction.
3. To provide training for in-house BV engineers and/or clients on topics related to maintenance management, asset integrity management, RCM/ FMECA/ RAM, safety management, safety awareness, unsafe acts/ conditions, workshop safety, construction safety, offshore safety, site safety audits, bearing technology, practical hands-on maintenance skills, fault diagnosis, and construction technology.
4. To lead the execution of projects related to maintenance management, asset integrity management (AIM), RCM/ FMECA, RAM, safety management (offshore safety, safety awareness, workshop construction, construction safety, site safety audits), development of HSE management system and safety procedures, reliability, technical integrity process safety (TIPS), specific equipment reliability plan (SERP), failure analysis, and maintenance skills (training).
5. To provide technical advisory and be the project lead for development of documents related to SERP, HSE management system, safety procedures, fire prevention plan, ERP, RAM, RCM/ FMECA.
6. To provide input and be the project lead for the close-outs of safety studies (HAZOP/ HAZID).
7. To provide mentoring and guidance to engineers (senior and junior) and interns.
8. To understand and comply with project requirements, and relevant industry standards and regulations.

Specific:

1. Developing Inspection and Test Plans for E&I equipment.
2. Ensure the technical integrity of projects, including compliance with the project scope, job specifications, accepted good engineering practices, and meeting customer requirements.
3. Perform RCFA following detailed design and troubleshooting guidelines, using investigating techniques for E&I failures.
4. Lead/ perform obsolescence studies for E&I.
5. Participate in Asset Extension Studies for E&I.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Instrumentations or any related studies.
2. Familiarity with Electrical, Instrumentations & Telecommunications (EI&T)
3. Familiarity with Oil and Gas process
4. Familiarity with Safety Critical Elements (SCE) and Performance Standards (PS)
5. Familiarity with CMMS
6. Computer: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Working experience: 12 years' experience in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/Chemical Facility or Consultancy/Engineering.
8. Others:
