As a Senior Finance Executive, you'll play a crucial role in managing the company's finances. Your responsibilities will include everything from daily finance reporting tasks to preparing balance sheet schedules for closing and reporting. You'll also assist with tax returns, handle intercompany transactions, and monitor the Fixed Asset Register. This role requires a high level of responsibility, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
  1. Handle daily finance reporting tasks
  2. Prepare month-end closing journals
  3. Create weekly and ad hoc journals
  4. Develop supporting schedules for month-end closing and reporting
  5. Manage cost allocation, margin allocation and Branch PL
  6. Assist in handling monthly Tax return and Withholding Tax
  7. Prepare Month end interco transaction & reconciliation
  8. Create Balance sheet schedules for closing and reporting
  9. Monitor Fixed Asset Register – ensure additions, disposal and write off processed on timely basis
  10. Handle yearly tax request
What you bring:
  1. Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications
  2. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experiences in financial accounting
  3. Responsible, positive attitude, mature and able to work independently
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Dedicated and committed to meet deadlines
  6. Computer literate in MS Office Excel and Word
