Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Manage employee relations, benefits, and compensation to ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Handle employee attendance and leave requests efficiently.
- Assist the Finance Team with payroll management to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate external training events and manage HRDC claims.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
